At Fable Store, you have up to 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return, hassle-free.
How to request one
Contact us by email at digitaljcq@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Conditions
To be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories that came with it.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Defective product
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away — in these cases we cover return shipping and prioritize a replacement.
