Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days, counted from payment confirmation. This estimate can vary depending on the destination, product availability and public holidays.

This is an estimate, not a contractual guarantee, since factors outside our control — such as customs processing, weather conditions and carrier volume — can cause variations.

Order processing

Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed and shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with the tracking number.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, available on the "Track Order" page in the site footer or sent by email. If you have any questions about your delivery status, contact us at digitaljcq@gmail.com.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International shipments and customs

Some orders are shipped directly from international suppliers. In these cases, your order may go through customs inspection, which can affect the estimated delivery time. Any applicable import duties or taxes, when charged, are already reflected in the final price shown at checkout, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays or be returned to sender, and reshipping may incur an additional shipping cost.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated date, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the situation, with a reshipment or refund as appropriate.
